My very very dear,

Just a few words so that you wont be anxious. I have returned from my long journey and everything is OK. I can’t however write more now for I have to leave again straight away and finish my job. Tomorrow I will write you a longer letter. Listen however to this:

I loved you so tenderly during the long days and nights of travelling across the deserts! So tenderly darling— My little Yvette. Did you feel it, tell me, I beg you.

Tomorrow, darling I will endeavour, I will try, to express that immense love for you will fills my heart.

I embrace you darling,

Your Henri

Excuse this stupid little letter. I love you Yvette!  H.
