Two days ago I received a packet of four letters. They had been on the road one 5 one 20 days etc…. I imagine that several of my letters have been lost. Since the opening of the Second Front I have written often on that subject and you seem not to have received any… Have you read the paper this morning? You know that Heriot was assassinated. He will never speak again. He will never again soil France. And you know that my friends from the International Brigades are the soul of the Resistance…..
